Memories 2 + 3
Memory 2, Visiting her grave
Form: Tiny flickering lantern (0/1)
What it is: Shortly after getting sealed, Robin takes a trip back to her hometown to visit her grave. It's the closest she can get to seeing her brother's. She brings him flowers and tells him she's sorry, and that she forgives him for what happened. He was always forgiven, and always loved, and she'll see him again as soon as she can but she has something important to do first. Robin opens a brooch that has a picture of the two of them inside, happy and smiling and hugging each other back when everything was easier and normal. She closes the brooch, fixing it back in place and promises Robin that she won't stain his hands in any more blood, she's going to make this mean something. She says she loves him, and hopes he's resting well, and to wish her luck. Then she turns and leaves the graveyard, meeting back up with her Master. There's more work to do.
What she learned:
- Without context she won't realise this is her grave, just a grave. And not even the grave of the person she's talking to, this is 'Julia' so why is she talking to 'Robin'? (This context will be explained in the very next memory)
- Robin did something terrible to her but she loves him and forgives him anyway, it's not his fault? And what does she mean she'll see him soon, what kind of suicide mission is she on?
- Oh yeah, she's on some kind of really important suicide mission too
- She carries a locket with a picture of a boy and a girl. The boy looks like her and the girl looks like her when she dreams, what is going onnnnn
- She won't stain his hands in anymore blood? What does that even mean, how can she stain someone else's hands in blood? Especially a dead kids?
Memory 3, Happy birthday! Julia's first kill
Form: An animal mask (0/4)
What is is: This was originally two memories but I decided to combine them because I DO WHAT I WANT. The manga has a short flashback of this scene but it doesn't go into a lot of detail about what is happening so I shall elaborate.
Julia is hanging out in heaven. Chiffon is a girl in the memory for some reason, the same girl she looks like whenever she dreams. Everything is peaceful and calm and safe and happy, it's the best feeling in the world. And then suddenly she hears her little brother's voice calling out her name, she turns towards it and thick heavy chains appear from nowhere, binding her no matter how she struggles. The next thing she knows she's trapped in some kind of metal body, unable to move, though someone is definitely moving her. Then this happens.

She cries and starts screaming as her soul is engulfed in dark matter, slowly rotting her away, but she doesn't die. Robin's corpse settles around her fully and the tears stop, the body is smiling and the Earl addresses her. Well, he addresses the akuma's consciousness, but he calls it Julia. Her orders are to hide and live amongst humans, and kill as many people in secret as she can until she gets further orders. The akuma keeps smiling, unblinking despite Julia's horror, and agrees to it's master's orders happily. All of a sudden there is a knock at the door, it's the landlady who came to check up on them after she heard a commotion. It's the perfect opportunity to fulfill her orders, the Earl fades back into the shadows while the akuma invites the landlady in, the landlady who was always so kind to them and loved Robin so much. Julia tries to protest, to get control, to scream for her to run, but everything is in vain. They speak amicably for a bit, the landlady telling Robin what a strong young man he is for dealing with his loss so well, that she's always here if he needs help, or someone to talk to. The akuma smiles happily at her words, then transforms it's arm into a long bladed claw, driving it into her gut. It's Julia's first kill! A momentous occasion that has the Earl come out of the shadows to sing 'Happy Birthday' to her as she finishes up. Killing the landlady rots Julia's soul away even more.
What she learned:
- SO MUCH TRAUMA. ALL THE TRAUMA. SHE'S A DEAD GIRL SHE DROWNED AND NOW SHE'S WEARING HER LITTLE BROTHER'S CORPSE TO BE A KILLING MACHINE OH MY GOD D:
- This explains so much and yet raises so many more questions. Chiffon will know why in her dreams she's a girl now, she'll understand what she was talking about in the last memory and know what she needed to fight before
- She knows she gets away from it at least? Wins her own will back... Somehow...
- THE EARL IS THE WORST AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. Wait didn't Tyki say something about a Earl in the Noah family? Ticky you said that was all the monsters I had why would you miss this out. Is this what getting adopted into the Noah family means is this why he talked about dying? Is Tyki an akuma!?
- Horrible betrayal murder monster :( How many more akuma are there?
